Important Notice: Activate Your Email Account
To ensure you receive important notifications, updates, and course-related communication, all users are required to activate their University of Ghana email accounts if they have not already done so.
Your UG email is the official channel for all Sakai communications, including announcements, deadlines, and academic updates.
If you have not activated your account yet or are experiencing issues, please contact the ITD Support Team:

⚠️ Notice: Non-official Participants Accounts
Please be informed that user accounts created using the Non-official Participants feature on Sakai course sites will now be automatically disabled. This measure is part of ongoing efforts to maintain the integrity and security of the UG Sakai LMS system.
Important Details:
- Automatic Disabling: Any accounts created via the Non-official Participants feature will automatically be set to a disabled status. This applies only to accounts added outside the official participant registration process.
- For Instructors: If there is a need for external or temporary access to course materials, please contact the Sakai administration team to explore approved alternatives.
- Official Enrollment: All course instructors are encouraged to enroll only officially registered participants to ensure smooth and uninterrupted access.
Instructors who wish to provide access to individuals not enrolled through the official system must formally request account creation via the Sakai support team.
