📢 Important Notice: Course Visibility on Sakai

Dear Students,

Please note that some courses may not appear on your Sakai dashboard even though you are properly enrolled. This usually occurs when a course is not yet published.

A course will remain unpublished and invisible to students until a lecturer is officially assigned to it in the ITS, which is Sakai’s primary data source. Once a lecturer is assigned in the ITS, Sakai automatically updates, the course is linked to the lecturer, and the course site becomes published and visible to enrolled students.

This process ensures that a course becomes active only when a lecturer is present to engage students and manage course activities.

Please remember:

• Sakai should not be used to confirm course registration.
• The official platform for checking your registered courses is the Proof of Registration on the MIS Web.
